Slow Progress

Well, I'm slowly creeping down. I was hoping to lose a pound per week or so, but I've fallen a bit short of that so far. Even though the weight isn't dropping as fast as I'd hoped, there are still some noticeable changes. My skin feels like it's got a little more slack around my mid section, and my belly is down 1/2" so far. I think I just need to continue to dial in the nutrition. I don't want to cut too many calories, especially protein, because I really want to maintain muscle. I also have a major sweet tooth so it's not easy avoiding empty calories. Anyway, here's the latest stats:

BF: 18.8%
LBW: 121.4
