Weigh In

Well I continue to make progess, although slowly. That's fine though, as long as I keep moving in the right direction. Not mucgh to talk about. Lean mass is down just a touch, so I may need to increase my protein intake a bit. I'm working out hard so I shouldn't loose muscle mass.
