- Ordering Select either a portrait or landscape orientation. Please use the text box to describe what you'd like. For example you pet's name(s). Also let us know if you want the background removed and what color you'd like to replace it with. You can also indicate if you want the photo to fill as much of the blanket as possible or tiled. See the photos for examples.
- Photo Quality: the quality of the final product will depend greatly on the quality of the photo you provide. Try to use a photo in which your pet fills as much as the frame as possible without being cut off at the edges. While we can upscale many photos, but there are limits to this without effecting the quality. The tiled photo option can often work better when starting with lower resolution images. We'll send you a mockup for your approval before we OK the production.
- Turnaround Time: Please allow 1-2 days for us to prepare a mockup. Once you approve the mockup production can take 2-3 business days. Shipping can take another 5 days.
